HOW DO I REGISTER?

To register fill out Registration Form-indicating session choices, Medical Form, and Photo Release form. (An Informed Consent Form will be available and required closer to the time of participation.) Please mail or bring all forms and a check made out to “NWSA” to:

Cash payment may be delivered in person to the Lower Columbia Center.

FEES

The fee is $200.00 per camper per week for session without overnights.The fee is $250 for sessions with overnights. See below for available discounts and scholarships.

Early Registration Discount:

Four Week Discount
If you attend four or more weeks of PEEPs this summer receive $25 off each session per camper.
This offer may not be combined with other discounts.

Multiple Camper / Bring a Friend Discount:
If you have more than one child attending PEEPs this summer or you bring a friend we are offering a $25 deduction per child per session off of the camp fee.

Total cost: $175 (sessions without overnight) or $225 (sessions with overnight) per week per camper with attending sibling or friend

SCHOLARSHIPS

The Northwest Service Academy and PEEPs offers partial scholarships on a need-based basis. The maximum amount of scholarship that will be awarded is 75% of the tuition costs of a session. The number of applicants and the total need will be taken into account when distributing scholarship funds. NWSA and PEEPs wants to ensure that our education programs are available to as many people as possible. Please print and follow the instructions on the PEEPs Scholarship Application. PEEPs will be making award decisions for Summer scholarship applicants no later then June 14, 2010. Applications received after this date will still be considered if funds are available.

Scholarship decisions for Fall 2010 will be made on a first-come first-serve basis.

We will contact you after we receive your registration and application materials and let you know once we have made a decision on your scholarship application.

PEEPs Cancellation Policy

PEEPs will provide a full refund of tuition if the cancellation is made prior to two weeks before the start of the selected program. If a cancellation is made within two weeks of the selected program PEEPs reserves the right to keep a portion or all of the tuition cost to cover program expenses.
