HOW DO I REGISTER?

To register fill out Registration Form-indicating session choices, Medical Form, and Photo Release form. (An Informed Consent Form will be available and required closer to the time of participation.) Please mail or bring all forms and a check made out to “NWSA” to:

Cash payment may be delivered in person to the Lower Columbia Center.

FEES

The fee is $200.00 per camper per week. See below for available discounts and scholarships.

DISCOUNTS

Early Registration Discount:
Deadline: May 1, 2008 (postmarked or delivered by)
Discount: fee deduction of $25 per camper
Total cost: $175 per week per camper registered early
This offer may not be combined with other discounts.

Four Week Discount
If you attend four or more weeks of PEEPs this summer receive $25 off each session per camper.
This offer may not be combined with other discounts.

Multiple Camper / Bring a Friend Discount:
If you have more than one child attending PEEPs this summer or you bring a friend we are offering a $25 deduction per child off of the camp fee.

Total cost: $175 per week per camper with attending sibling or friend

SCHOLARSHIPS

We are working to offer the PEEPs experience to as many campers as possible. However, at this time we are only able to offer one full scholarship per session.

To apply for a scholarship please send a letter informing of your request for a scholarship as well as a signed letter from your child’s school indicating that your child qualifies for free or reduced lunch.

Scholarships will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call to find out if scholarships are still available.

We will contact you after we receive your registration materials and let you know whether or not your child has received a scholarship.

PEEPs Cancellation Policy

PEEPs will provide a full refund of tuition if the cancellation is made prior to two weeks before the start of the selected program. If a cancellation is made within two weeks of the selected program PEEPs reserves the right to keep a portion or all of the tuition cost to cover program expenses.
